Namma Ooru adopted the 7th Cross Street Sastri Nagar to transform it as a zero waste street as part of our June 5 Environment day project.

Today the project got launched, about 25 residents attended the launch all the residents taken the oath to practice waste management and motivate their neighbors to practice the same and make the entire street zero waste on or before 3 July 2018. The residents are excited about their role and looking forward to acting to make their street a zero-waste Namma Green Street.

Namma Team will be in touch with them to make all the households in 7th Cross Street a zero-waste street. Mr.Krishnan and Ms.Sivagami Krishnan the residents of 7th Cross will be championing the project.
